Indeed, the ambiance is so different. Dumaguete or Puerto Princessa may still be no. 1 on of top 40 list. I have been to 100 cities. Because I need the sea. But Baguio is also close to La Union and Pangasinan.

The best thing that ive noticed in Baguio when we went there in 2018 is that the people we have asked about directions to where we are going are very honest and true, not like in Manila or even in Cebu. Even the passengers in the jeepneys are very honest when we asked where should we asked the driver to stop if we are already at Rimando 7-11. I think most people there are friendly. There also lots of cafe bars at the Session road where you can chill and drink beer while it is raining

i lived in buguio city on 2009 i really really miss Jolibee, pork chop, and Fillipino noodle, SM mall .. and everything. watching this video makes me remember all the memories. im korean but now im living in japan. when the covid is over, i want to go to Baguio city again. i love the video ❤️

I miss Baguio City so much. I am now 75 yrs old and it brings me back in time the first 16 yrs of my life i spent it in the City of Pines. Brings back memories of my childhood in fact i studied in St Louis College from kinder, elementary and High School Classical. I had plenty of childhood friends and we practically walked on all the streets of the city. Resided in my grandma's apartment building about 10 minutes distance from the Baguio City Hall. Last resided in another house also owned by grandma at Happy Glenn Loop very near to the Baguio Cathedral. Happy memories most especially with my best friends Ed Maranan, George Alvarez, Floyd Zaguirre and Rod Aguilar. So many of them it'll be on a long list. Last time I'd been to Baguio City was about ten yrs ago and much to my surprise the City was far different from when I still lived there. Oh yes proud to be a native of that City born Jan.9, 1947 back then when the ruins of WW2 were the views one would always often have in sight. I intend to visit the City before the twilight of my life comes but i still feel strong to think seriously about it. God bless the City of Pines.

Session Rd doesn't look like it appeared to be many years before when there were few vehicles plying the road. Prominent were Star Cafe, Assandas Dept store and Pohumulls. Along the road were Pines Theater and Session Theater. There were also the famous Baguio Colleges and the large City bakery. Oh yes way up the road near Baguio Cathedral was the famous boarding/lodging Patria Baguio which served as temporary haven for transients. How i wish i could be able to visit the City of Pines.

Nostalgic...... Baguio City had a special place in my heart.I left a peace of my ❤️ in here coz I used to study in SLU for my master's degree in Psychology.It was very memorable years .I used to walked from school to my boarding house via Session Road.It's a little far but I really liked to feel the ambiance of the surroundings,the smell and the crisp coolness of the air,the people walking who were very polite whenever you bump each other.Everyday i used to dropped by at Maharlika market to buy fresh roses for my table....Now,it was all memories but it's always in my heart.I missed those days when everything were much simpler.Though I'm already residing in Canada,at least I was able to reminisced the good old days because of this video.Thank you and all the best!.......All the way from🇨🇦

I'm crying..bcoz I really love our country the Philippines. My heart is here..I never dream to go and stay in other countries but only here in the Philippines..I love our provinces so many beautiful places and I dream to travel and explore all the provinces and cities here in the Philippines.

There's no place like 🏡 🏔️, walking at any time of the day or night and never feel a bead of sweat... Missed my cold weather outfit and my mufflers and bonnets still the coolest city all year round, thanks for simulating a walk around.

Notice the shoes and jeans... Hoodies and sweaters.. You don't see those clothes anywhere else much in the Philippines. 😁

Baguio and the zorrounding province of Benguet has the HDI (human development ibdex) in the whole of the Philippines.

Brings back the memories. Educated and sheltered me for 10 long years.

It's nice to see a clean and organized city specially after a rainy day hope this pandemic ends so we all can experience and see The City Of Pines

It's warm as it's in the tropics, the altitude helps a little bit and the mountains trap the moisture so a lot of clouds and rain.. but it's actually really nice.

I really love this place. Dito kami unang nagdate ng kasintahan ko noon na ngayo’y butihing maybahay ko na. We really missed this place. We’ll definitely visit Baguio City after this “Pandemic” kasama na ung dalawang kids namin❤️

BAGUIO looks like Đà Lạt highland in Vietnam but more European influenced. Nice architectures and beautiful landscapes. The weather seems to be rainy and cold all day long .

Filipino culture is Spanish by nature. It's the reason why the structure and architecture and the whole culture of the Filipinos are western.

Seriously ang sobrang linis at chill sa Baguio unlike sa Manila, last visit ko ay 2009. Gusto ko ulit pumasyal diyan one day with family. 😭

Baguio will always have a special place in my heart. I will never get tired na bumalik balik dito. The last time na pumunta kami dito nang cousin ko, sobrang naenjoy talaga namin yung place and weather kahit sa botanical lang kami nag ikot nang matagal. The rest of our days there wala kaming ibang ginawa kundi matulog and every labas namin nang room, the weather never fail to amaze us. Looking forward for our next travel soonest 💕

BAGUIO is one of my favorite cities in the Philippines along with MAKATI, TAGUIG, CEBU, DAVAO and CAGAYAN DE ORO.

I can't wait to go back there. When COVID 19 was in all time high and I got stranded there, it actually made the whole lockdown thingy bearable. I miss the rain every afternoon, the cold nights there and gentle temperature in the morning. Para sakin, Di ko ipagpapalit sa kahit anong beach ang Baguio. Well, I'm not a beach enthusiast 😅

Man, grew up in Baguio and every time I see Session, Shakey's and Magnolia always come to mind. To this day, I still think it's better than San Diego.

Born and raised in Baguio.... Wonderful and amazing summer capital of the Philippines. I really missed the smell of pine trees along Loakan road and cold foggy days. Nice bars with live music entertainment. Thank you so much for this video👍🏻😀🍺🍷🥃💚

Pag nasa Baguio ako feeling ko nasa province ako sa S.Korea.. kalmado lang.. may mga maliliit na city rin sila sa bundok kaya doon maramin sedan pero diesel para malakas hatak 😆

Masaya na naiiyak ako kapag nakikita ko ang Baguio. Namimis ko ang dati kong buhay diyan. I really miss Baguio and my life there. It's been 3 years since I left and chose to work abroad. I miss my home.

Ang laki ng pinag iba ng Baguio. It was more beautiful before, very congested na kasi ngayon. Although its still one of the most beautiful places in Ph. At ang pinaka masarap gawin diyan ay ang matulog.

Desde Sant Boi de Llobregat ( barcelona ) comentar que he estado en Baguio , es muy bonita la ciudad , y ademas hace fresco por la tardes y por las mañanas , cosa que no esperaba , y ademas la zona me recuerda mucho al Pirineo catalan y de Huesca

Ang ganda ng kuha mo.. sana makabalik ka at makagawa ulit ng video pag maaraw araw na.. 😊

Sayang lodicakes During sundays, Session road is closed for vehicles. Para siyang malaking bonanza from lower session going up to SM Mga stalls and the road is open for people to walk into para siyang festival every sunday.. Tas sa pinaka top niya nag chalk art sila.. PS this is for those who doesnt live in Baguio, kadagdarang info lang para if balak nyong bumisita alam na sunday mas maganda And please purchase from those stalls to support local products. :)

OMG, I suddenly miss baguio. I've been walking almost eveyday there in session road because it's near my workplace. I plan to go back there if public transportation is fully resumed.

The coolest & most unique city in the Philippines that I had ever been 👍 Even the locals(Cordillerans/Igorots🤠) are quite different in behavior, a bit shy/reserved & more disciplined. Lowlanders are easily recognized through language & behavior like those annoying ones who usually say "hi guys blah(3x).............!" whenever they see a person vlogging, a bit annoying actually.

You must have stayed a bit longer in my city coz you can differentiate us locals/Cordillerans/Igorots from the behavior of lowlanders hehe. Igorots in general are shy and a bit reserved unlike our kababayans 😊.
