I’ve been there regularly, but during the holiday season. So, it is by far less crowded that I have seen it. LOL. My fav is the Farmer’s Market. Thanks for sharing. Nice to see.

Same owner, the grove was built first then Americana was built 2nd. Only difference is that in Americana they have apartments and condos.

I love the Farmer's Market over the Grove. Grove good for shopping. FM is where to eat. Love Pampas Grill (sirloin caps). Then Singapore Banana Leaf (must get the Paratha). My mother loves the Corned beef cabbage at Mcgees. My daughter loves the Jambalaya at Gumbo Pot. This place is amazing. There is something for everyone.

Never been there before.That bbq place looks interesting. I would try Local Ice but not Nonna'a or Green Maya Coffee because I'm not a big empanada fan and I kind of hate coffee .

Bennett's Ice Cream is a great place for your in-house favorites! I still have a soft spot for Diddy Riese just outside the UCLA campus.

Steve I really enjoyed your trip to the Grove but you missed a few things. La Piazza and also Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill. La Piazza has the best Raspberry Martinis, Margarita & Spicy Sausage Pizza, and Grill Shrimp Caesar Salad. Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar has the best Fried Chicken Wings, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Ebi, and Spicy Edamame. Next time that I'm in LA it's my treat.

you didn't show the area with the umami burger, sprinkles, domique Ansel bakery which is famous for its cronuts, the sushi restaurant, the outdoor bar area, sees candies, etc at the grove. You didn't show the entire farmers market with the food stalls. The French market, crepes, Trejo's tacos, etc. Ya gotta show it all. lol

I worked at the grove for 6 years and looks pretty much the same. At farmers market you should've eaten at Pampas grill, its a Brazilian bbq so good 👍

My Farmers Market is from the late 50's - early 70's when you could get your shoes resoled, by a puppy dog, get gag gifts or go to the sporting goods store. Of course you could get donuts, a slice of pizza or watch the employee cut rare roast beef for you beef dip sandwich.

Maybe because it's been around since 1947. But I would say there are other donut stores that are comparable in taste and quality. Donuts are really popular in LA.Is it like that in NY too? Or is NY more of a bagel type of place?

Magee's Kitchen as the best corn beef and cabbage. Gumbo Pot has the best gumbo. Those are the only places I eat at. Breakfast is best at Dupars.
