I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good nightlife.

My advice is not to move to tradition unless you like very high taxes. You probably need 2 to 3 million dollars to live here comfortably. I paid less taxes back in Buffalo. The HOA's are extremely expensive. I plan to move soon. Property values are dropping as well. Do not overpay for a home. People are great but it's stressful because it is very expensive to live here. God bless

I would say at least a year if not longer. They have not broken ground yet.

It was horrible after 2008 and you could barley give it away before 2019. You could buy a Divosta Home for 280k I totally disagree with you. I live in Abacoa in Jupiter which Tradition is catching up to, and other than some of those rentals that where built the community is growing with more restaurants, shopping and parks. But thanks for your comment and I know a lot of people are not crazy about the growth, it is the same thing in Northern Palm Beach County. Just tons of people coming to Floridia and it is not going to stop
