Thank you Peter. Unity is so important and something we all need to strive for especially in these times when people are so quick to judge and be prejudiced. The church I belong to has "closed" communion and this unity is I think why that is. We are to approach God's altar believing the same as those we commune with. I really look forward to your podcasts. Thank you so much.

Amen ! Thank you Peter Maybe one day you can talk about the husband and wife, only one who walks in the word. Yes, my husband. He won’t have anything to do with church, the Bible...he just doesn’t care much one way or another. I pray all the time. Where do I go from here Peter? I can’t imagine living my life without Jesus! Can’t imagine!! Desperately need the help

I have been listening to your podcast when I am doing my morning medication and filling my feeding tube back up. Listening to your podcast has taken this routine from one I dread to one I look forward to because I get to listen to your podcast. Thanks for the short devotional that feels a real life talk and not and overly religious talk to makes you feel “not Christian enough.”

“Bearing with one another in love”. Seems to only work as long as one doesn’t reveal to much about your problems.

If your brothers & sisters in your Church aren't coming along side you when you need their support, you need to find a Church who will. I've been in a Church like that & while I love the people in it, they upset me & left me to deal with my problems alone. I needed to go to a Church where I was nurtured. Thankfully, I now have a Church were people support each other & accept support gratefully too. You need to be in a healthy Church where people support you & allow you to support them.

Unfortunately so many people think that “living in unity” means to avoid conflict so we have whole congregations with a lot of repressed anger.

Gina Thompson forgive but don’t forget. This is what the Bible says to do: Matthew 5:43-48 King James Version (KJV) 43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect This also gives scripture on what we should do when others have wronged us: www.openbible.info/topics/people_hurting_you
