The Mont Vontoux is very famous by the tour de France route. Which start through the village of Bedoin. It is the favourite starting point for cyclists. It is about 1912 meter high but difficult climb. Top of the mountain is quite cold. It can get windy at the summit, especially with the mistral; wind speeds as high as 320km/h.
