Walking around 14-16k steps per day. Still seeing the effects of aging on my eyes over the last few years, but I do seem to complain a lot less about being tired than the 20-somethings I work with :)

Just keep walking, walking walking, just keep waking....then you'll never die. Have no idea how many steps I take a day, but normally walk between 3kms and 5kms a day at age 66. Plan to consistently reach 5kms and go from there. Can't see going much further, more to life than walking.

Hey doctor, please make a video about the healthiest way to actually cure myopia. What I mean by cure is not to prevent the progression of myopia or using glasses, but to reduce the existing myopia to 0.

Walking will not do anything. Run straight for at least three-five miles without stopping. That always helps me out. No stopping though. Come back and let me know how that helped. Do it outside on the trails so you can see the adjustment in your eyes.

Walking won't do anything because you said so, despite all the scientific data we have that supports the benefits of walking?

    Oops. 3,000 steps = about 1.3 miles/day . . . 7,000 steps, about 3.1 miles. So, at least a bit more than 1 miles/day, and optimally, about 3 miles.
