When there is a mistake . The pharmacy should dispense the correct drug and not charge the customer .

This just happened to me. An SSRI that I've never taken from a Dr. I've never even met. I called Walgreens about this and the annoyed employee sighed "well YOU dropped off the prescription yesterday..." Impossible, I moved to a different city over a month ago. This employee refused to accept that I am not prescribed this medication. It took forever to convince her. Dangerous.
