I live in North Carolina. I did my deals this morning at 10, my register rewards printed for my Tide and others…no issues.

In Denver did my trip at 9:30 a.m. no issues at all. Everything came off and printed for me.

I went this morning around 10 am. In Michigan. Register Rewards printed, my coupons clipped and I got my Walgreens cash.

I also had issues NOT being able to remove a $1 dq for crest. I even had the associates trying to help to no avail. I had 3 clipped and was trying to remove the lowest value dq. We couldnt find any of the Crest dqs in my clipped folder. I know I had them because they showed up when I scanned the box of toothpaste. So weird. Rochester NY

No issues this morning in Tn. Thank you for mentioning the Wallgreens Buy2 get 1 free deal. It runs until the end of August. You can mix and match items through out the store. Very handy for the parents having to buy disinfectant wipes for school!

Those power pods are fantastic. With 3 dogs I do as much laundry as when the kids were little. Thanks for the deals, I'm glad to see the Tide Free now attaching to the RR.

Worked in NE but took one coupon off every two minutes so I held the line up 😅

I went late last night at my local Walgreens in Louisiana an hour before it closed. NONE of my digitals for colgate, crest, scope, oral-b came off! No rr!! Called customer service this morning and only receiving $5 WC as a reimbursement and told to call Catalina. I have a special needs child, and I can't go to the store at normal times. "I don't see the coupons in the system." It's because they expired yesterday!! Ugh!!!

Managers around here won’t add money for missing RR’s anymore. And walgreens customer service now says to submit a form with catalina online… they used to just add it as cash rewards. Ive called customer service a few times and have gotten the same response everytime. On a positive the catalina online form has worked 2 times so far. 1 is still pending. They actually USPS mail you a register rewards just like the one that should have printed, with an expiration date and all that.

Didn’t watch yet but I’m so glad the P&G is printing everything went good for me at 830 est Massachusetts

Thanks for the info. My RRs didn't print last week but the manager gave me WC for it. I much rather had the rrs to get my oop lower. This morning a couple things in the app were not coming up the sale price, so I'm just going to wait until tomorrow.

I never rec RR on Sundays (OK). I wait until Monday (RR printing works).

Went an hour ago and had to contact customer service for my crest coupon not coming off, but my RR did print.

In Arkansas.. RR printed. Large tides printed 2 RR a 4 and 5 when you buy 2.

I was there last night about closing time to do my weekly booster. Not only did the crest coupons NOT come off but Colgate dqs didn't either . I scrapped the transaction. I'm bummed that I waited until the 11th hour to do my spend booster on that account. Rochester NY

Early this morning, I tried doing this same Tide scenario in the app. It was not working correctly, more specifically, coupons not attaching and $5.00 in Walgreens Cash not being applied. I waited for you to post. Thank you! You have confirmed that there were system issues this morning. That is why I use the app to test deals before heading to the store. I will test it again later. I appreciate who you are and all that you do for us.

I can customer service all the time. They are at least nicer than the store employees.

Luckily I had no issues. I made 3 purchases and all my coupons came off and Catalina’s printed. 1st purchase around 11 and last at 5. Good luck.

I am in Ohio and same problem but the cashier was amazing and took off all my digitals manually also I have to call corporate because I didn't get my $10 for spending $35 and my Colgate RR printed but not the one for crest.

That happened to me yesterday. Over Walgreens!

I live in WI and on 7/9 my digital coupons didn’t work either, 2 stores. The second store entered the coupons for me manually and since we had to break up to smaller transactions they even gave me my $7/$30 cash to my account as well.

Last night my $6 DQ on the Gillette Labs didn’t work . Thanks for the heads on on the crest. I will go later .

OK so I just got off the phone with my local walgreens and I'm disappointed with the prescription delivery process, you can't go to the store in person to give them your bank card to make a copy so they can charge you a small delivery fee, management wants your bank information. I would like to see managers and ceo's sit down and have a meeting and figure something else out for a fee for delivery service. That is so dangerous speaking to someone even though it's a 1 800 walgreens number, management and ceo needs to understand how uncomfortable that is to be asked for bank info. I mean not everyone has ac which means some of us have to go out at night which is more dangerous. OK we are talking about triple digit summers in socal there is lots of us who can't go outside because our health, that is very dangerous for disabled people and elderly people. I would like to see walgreens work something out with prescription delivery, I mean it's bad enough elderly people can't remember passwords.

Only 1 of 4 digitals came off yesterday (Saturday) for me but my 2 rrs did print. I had a total of $7 in dq that did not apply! Thats a lot imo and I scanned every product in store to insure the digitals were applying. It was a $5 dq for crest and 2-$1 dq for the Scott paper products. CS did give me Walgreens cash but she could not see the $5 dq for the crest on her side but I could see it on my side! That's crazy and obviously an issue but she did give it to me. She did say that the $1 dqs for the Scott paper products had already turned "off" and that was at 2:30pm cst. 🤨

Anyone knows which 5.49 laundry items are attaching to the p&g digital for the extra $5rr?

No rewards in KY printing

?-I’m new at this-can I go back to store to correct issues with coupons/deals not coming off? I had a mess yesterday for a pick up order. None of my coupons came off plus the person who shopped substituted a few items that didn’t match my coupons.☹️
