Waldorf Salad Recipe
Waldorf salad:
*2 apples
*2 celery stalks
*5 large dates
*1/3 cup walnut pieces
*lemon juice from half lemon
*1/2 cup of yogurt
*cardamom powder to taste
Of course, you can change the spices, add some sweetener or vanilla extract, use different nuts or dressing.
Eat it as is or serve with lettuce, on bread, on apple slices or other ways you would enjoy.

You are welcome. There are many variations of this recipe. So you can change ingredients as long as you keep walnuts, apples, and celery.
