Hello Alex. Your videos always inspire me to be more productive. I was never productive before and never studied. But ever since I found your channel, I am now more productive. Now, every morning I intend to wake up earlier and do some work. Before I used to wake up very late and was very unproductive in the mornings. But now instead I put some work in when I wake up like doing chores, revising, and eating some actual breakfast. After school finishes. Instead of sleeping right after it ends and watching anime and not even making time to study. I now read books, study, exercise, and do many other productive things. Thanks to you and your videos. I am now more productive than I ever was before.

I've recently started waking up at 5 AM every morning and it's the best decision I've ever made. I no longer rush to 8 AM lectures like I used to, I have the time to make healthy breakfasts that will keep me full for hours, and I have time to either get stuff done for the day or relax and watch KZread (like right now). It's nice to have a couple of hours to myself before starting the day.

@@joyce3003 I'm always in bed by 8:00, which is when I read a book until I'm tired and I make sure that my phone and laptop are out of reach, I usually fall asleep by 9:00.

Update: since this day I've been waking up at 5:45 and it actually feels so good. My whole family is already awake at this time so it'll be even better if you live alone/is a only child
