Hi brother எனக்கு முதுகுத்தண்டு வடத்தில் அடிப்பட்டு படுத்த படுக்கையாக தான் நான் இருக்கிறேன் ஒரு நாளைக்கு 22 மணி நேரம் படுத்து தான் இருப்பேன். பழைய மெத்தையில் நான் படுத்த இடத்தில் மட்டும் மெத்தை அமுங்கி (உள்ளே போய்) உள்ளது. நான் தற்போது நல்ல மெத்தை எடுக்க விரும்புகிறேன். நான் எந்த மாதிரியான மெத்தை எடுக்கலாம் என்று நீங்கள் கூறினால் தனக்கு உதவியாக இருக்கும் சகோதரர் (நீங்கள் கூறும் மெத்தையில் உடம்புக்கு வெப்பம் அதிகமாக ஏறக் கூடாது) முடித்தால் உதவவும் நன்றி
