I went from introvert to extrovert, very challenging when accepting that I’m just an introverted person for so many years. I started approaching people to make sales and speaking with customers like we’re lifelong friends instead of robotic salesman/just here to do my job. doubled my monthly income at my work in just a few weeks. Love that they included Brian Tracy in this audio. Thanks for this

When I just graduated and wanted to work in a job that was contrary to my field of study, painting. During the first period of looking for a job, no company accepted me because the job required experience. And I spent 1 year just eating, sleeping and practicing painting. I painted 15 hours a day and after 1 year I had a stable painting job. I learned from personal experience when watching got this video.

Personal developmement is to self discipline yourself to becoming a better person by devloping yourself into reading , doing things intentionally differently to make yourself better, read books that can increase your knowledge, work hard on yourself increadibly well than on your job to increase your value. Success is what you attract by the person you become.

Sounds good until you put everything into bettering yourself and moving up at your job, then Tesla fires 10% of its staff because stock is down. The next job doesn't want someone that was laid off, and you can't go start your own car company. Things come to those that are in the right place and time. Nothing to do with work ethic or will. Be a friend and not an employee and nepotism will take you to the top.

Yeah they know better than u, that what u should look for and how should be? 😂 As if the universe created u incomplete and wrong. Wasted his life seeking trash and making sure others too. Not everyone can see that. Coz it's considered as a crime and stupidity. But one day you'll realize they lied to u. I know this seems redicoulously stupid but sometimes later u will found yourself a beggar, maybe a rich beggar. One needs courage to breach it all.
