I never have thought about God needing us. I've been taught that I need to reflect God's love for us by loving others. But this idea makes much more sense when I understand that God needs us to love and honor one another.

I don't understand much but what I did get is that the Rabbi absolutely looks down upon christianity and thinks it's stupid. So either you should stop being a christian or stop listening and commenting you're a christian. Or at least comment why he is wrong. I hate this servile attitude based on the delusional idea that we just need try to get along, that we just need to spread love. That's fake and it's stupid and I'm pretty sure Chabad Rabbis don't think the same about you, they think all other religions are at best a means to an end and frankly most seem to think Gentiles and especially Europeans are naturally evil.

Speaking of the universe being needy today as always I go on walks whereas I let my intuition guide me. I asked myself where I should walk and immediately a particular street popped up in my head so that is where I went. Now I recently met a homeless man from another State who is foreign to the area I live in who just so happened to be hanging out on the street my inner voice had told me to walk to. So basically Uni needed me to help it (I don't thinks its a man or woman) help Bones adjust to his new surroundings while also showing him that there are people who care so he doesn't feel like he's alone. That is what Uni showed me today like it does every other day so Rabbi YES you are 100% correct with that. What I don't get is why didn't your god according to the story present Adam and Eve with the 10 commandments as oppsed to waiting thousands of years later to give them to that dude Moses? Might have prevented Cain from killing Abel you think? 🤣🤣 I wish you a wonderful week Rabbi and thank you for presenting this message again I totally respect your consistency and your wisdom even if we don't always see things the same way. Later bro.

Some more hopefully helpful tips and some of my favorite things to set up before hand; - treat it as Sacred Medicine, not a drug you take for shits and giggles; go in with the intention of bringing back lessons you can apply to everyday life; time it out for about 4 hours before sunrise,in pleasant weather with access to nature;if you're into art,I go to the Library beforehand and get a big stack of art books; music is very subjective, but some of my picks..Return to Forever - "Romantic Warrior",Joachin Rodrigo - Concerto de Aranguez, Claude Debussy - 3 Nocturnes for Orchestra,Gustave Holst - The Planets. Lastly,no music,in the dark, and going inward is something some time in every session should be devoted to. It is always invaluable.

What I hate is when religious people think that they have some kind of one answer fits all solution that does away with established scientific consensus in psychology or any other field, such as this idea that I have no needs but everyone else needs me. This is not even logical because if everyone thinks this way then no one would need anyone, and so the first part of the statement contradicts the second.

The real question is how does a world appear that you wouldn't love to be in. What has become of this place that no one wants to be involved with what it stands for? A person can not be happy being told what to do. It takes away their sense of choice and without that life loses its meaning. A person must have their own meaning not forced to take on the meaning of others. The real problem is that the children are forced to take on the reality of their parents. The parents pass on their sad view of the world (it's dangerous, it's a place for working hard and making money that's number one now). It's not a playful place, play must end. There's no joy in this. "Life is hard, get used to it." A type of thinking is passed on that only brings pain, worry, and suffering. A person is an accumulation of fear now, it's easier to go along to get along, you won't feel right about it, you see it's not working but the alternative is worse. The alternative is not only to be shamed and forced into compliance with the insane, but it's also the unknown which everyone is taught to fear. "If you do that, this will happen." No one actually ever knows what might happen, you can't even know it. It's impossible, but they think they know something that can't even be known. Bottom line, those who fear are lost. When fear is absent, the world and everything in it is transformed but alas you have to see this for yourself. No one can teach it to you. You have to come to your own conclusions through experiences. Nothing is true for you just because someone told you it was, that involves belief and no belief is true. It may seem true because it's believed but that doesn't make it true. Truth is true. Nothing else and that is something you find all by yourself. Good luck. Sifting through the lies that almost everyone learns, takes about 10 years.

i believe when a child talks about we didnt ask esp an honestly religious one its not only a call for help in differentiating soul and body but a call to fix the broken man made system we know we exist before our parents we learn all of that from day one but we are still learning the boundarieas and differences between soul and body in order to preserve its important to not discourage the communication but rather guide them so that that innovcence may be preserved in them

New and very interesting concept to hear that God need us and not the other way around. If we are created for a reason which we did yet not discovered what it is, than maybe God need us. If we do not know why He created us we just typical humanly speculate during the short visit period what we call life.

He has a very kind face, with a smile of having visited esoteric questions and realising that we choose to cry or laugh at infinity. He chooses to laugh, in a conspiratorial way. He sees the absurdity of life. You see this inner smile in Buddhist masters male and female. We are here. We don't have the answers. We can choose our response though. Those who radiate an inner smile have worked to emanate it. Maybe their history is what makes Jews natural comedians? So much to cry about. The only consistent choice is not to cry, but to look deeper, and smile. It's what their parents would wish for their children. With a smile they trust God. Amazing given Jewish history. They know the truth. Likely that the truth is we know nothing, and that makes all the rituals and study deeply funny! Not because they are wasting their lives, but because they choose to stay with what noone understands but sustains this persecuted community.
