He cannot press charges for a criminal offense if he is not the victim. The victim has to come forward if they want to and even then they don’t have to. Many victims do not come forward. I work in investigations and we reach out to victims of crimes reported by others and most times they do not want to be apart of the investigation.

This is a shame. How is it that in the body of Christ men of God fight each other? The Bible recommends us to pray for each other.

I could understand anyone wanting receipts and public retraction from anyone who has publicly called them a rapist and adultery. All false prophets will be exposed. It's written!!! I am completely neutral here. One of the first things I learned, as a minister, is that you don't fight YOUR battles from the pulpit. If you have a problem with other ministers, etc., go to them. God's word instructs.that if a man has ought with another man, he should confront that man.

This is confirmation for me.

So true if you know the truth and have evidence why are you not pressing charges? And actually showing God’s people the truth? Where are the receipts? I believe none of what I hear and only half of what I see!

Agree. If he knows the truth, then he needs to provide it to the church as well, not just claim it is so. Help the victims and give us proper proof of what he’s saying happened so that we no longer follow false prophets and pastors. This whole situation is disgraceful.
