Brethren, as a grown man, I had tears rolling down my eyes for 20 minutes nonstop. I had to leave the house and go for a drive to calm down. I'm Nigerian, so seeing those images, that song and knowing what's going on in my home country right now with my tribe hit me a lil different. I felt you brethren. I think this film is going to be the official funeral for Chadwick to allow us grieve properly and have closure. If a little over 2 minutes is doing this to us, I don't know what will happen with the film. I’ve seen a lot of movie trailers over the decades of movie watching, and it’s just a damn visually beautiful cinematic trailer. It’s good full BOOM out the door! No teaser, just BOOM here it is! A trailer that elicit so much powerful emotion. It’s the best trailer I can think of all trailers I can think of in my mind.

Loved the emotion in this trailer, especially from Angela Basset and I feel like this movie is really going to wreck us come November. I definitely think it will be the best movie of Phase 4 which has been lacking lately.

Except....it seemed real pain was there. Chadwick and Angela had worked together on the TV show "E. R..". She met him on his graduation day. She was the guest speaker and he escorted her to the stage...

Best reaction online to this trailer. I stand corrected - this is Ryan Coogler’s tribute to his friend. This is Chadwick’s legacy. I am so excited to be a blubbering mess in the theater.

Just a pasty white freckle faced Irishman here. Loved Black Panther. Got waves of Goosebumps with the Yibambe Chant in the Portal scene of Endgame, Terribly saddened at the loss of Chadwick Boseman. This trailer hit me in the feels Bigtime. Goosebumps at visuals and the music and the rising beats till the '...then I wake up' crescendo at the end of the trailer.Tears started streaming down my face rewatching the trailer in this reaction video. Angela Basset's delivery of that line was flawless, you can feel the pure, raw emotion of that sentence in her strong yet trembling voice.

I did not expect to cry this much from this trailer but here I am bawling my eyes out. I’m so glad I’m not alone in feeling like this. I still think it was a massive mistake to not recast T’Challa, but I love how beautifully they are handling Chadwick Boseman’s passing. Both Chadwick and T’Challa were my heroes. REST IN POWER MY KING! Also we are getting both Iron Heart AND Namor The Submariner! As someone who is half Latino myself I love that we are getting a top tier superhero representing us!

@@miked.336 they said that only a couple months after his death because the wound was still fresh. After that they wanted someone else to play T’Challa. Even Chadwick’s own family said over a year ago that they wanted someone else to play him to keep the character going.

I think its pretty simple with this. This might be one the greatest Marvel trailers we have watched to date. The Power and Emotion put into this shows in every shot. Honestly, the first BP movie also had one of the best teasers.

I didn't think a trailer could wreck me as much as this did. It's not just about a movie and this isn't just a movie. It's part of the mourning of the passing and celebration of Chadwick Boseman's life through his character. It's also a Marvel film so it's going to have all that comes with that, but when you go see this you might want to carry a box of kleenex with you.

This trailer did a cool audio trick. If you pay attention, in the beginning there's a "heartbeat" in the sound track. And then it slowly speeds up until by the end it's beating fast. It gets your own heart to slowly match it and make your heart pound! Such an amazing trailer. I hope this movie does the story justice!

So many people have said they remember what they were doing the moment they found out Chadwick passed. I remember where I was and what I was doing, and I ran and told my cousin and she just started sobbing. 2020 took so much from so many, and they revelation was just the straw that broke the camels back. The whole world mourned. This trailer was so beautiful and Chadwick’s spirit could be felt in every frame. His legacy lives on.

The mourning of T'Challa won't take much effort from the actors in the film. It looks beautiful and Atlanteans vs Wakandans I'm here for it and it's clear who the new Black Panther is but yes Chadwick is sorely missed but I will honor his memory and support everyone that made this happen because I know it wasn't easy.

So I believe no matter what Shuri is going to go through in this film, she'll rise to the occasion like her brother did and become the next Black Panther and defend her home.

@@dillonsass6609 Shuri only made the second suit and Killmonger suit. T'Challa had an original suit he made exclusively. Shuri is also not a warrior like T'Challa. Even in the comics she was not as effective a BP as her brother and her BP suit never had gold inlaid its design.

This the best reaction video I’ve seen for this trailer. My man’s gave the most genuine authentic reaction for this.

Man just give Ryan Coogler the keys to the MCU. I think his grounded background and personality just makes him capable of give people what they want and making it relatable.

Her line there was a cry of the black and brown communities - powerful, yet hurting. We never collectively went through the motions of grief as a collective community from the height of the pandemic to the protests around the world. Coogler knows it. This is truly filmmaking magic. And it's only a teaser trailer.

They doubled Ryan's budget for this and it shows. This is going to be incredible. I know many were wondering how the first film was going to be topped and then with CB's death, how they were going to honor him and who would be his successor. I think everyone expects Shuri to take over but I have my fingers crossed for Nakia to be in that suit.

I share the emotion bro. It’s beyond explanation the way this trailer shocked me the tears just came out uncontrollably. If you see the footage of SDCC of the cast after showing the trailer they were floored, Lupita, Laetitia…that wrecked me I can’t imagine how emotional it was for them.

Best reaction to this trailer hands down... this movie is going to change peoples lives. Its a movie to bring us all together and we all love this character and Chadwick as a person was beautiful with hope and love for everyone and I know he is up there looking down and smiling at us all knowing everything will be alright :)

This trailer was so beautiful and is easily a top 5 marvel trailer (top 2 for me personally behind Endgame). It looks great visually and in the little dialogue present in it u can hear the pain in her voice, and that scene w the dancing and walking when everyone had on white (I’m assuming that’ll be a funeral for T’challa) looked great. I’ve been of the mindset that Black Adam will be the best comic book movie of 2022, and while it will still be the best action wise and will probably have some of the best action in comic book movies period, this movie will be the best comic book movie of 2022 overall. Shoutout to that suit at the end, that little part of it they showed looked good and that’s definitely Shuri bc that’s a woman’s body. Whether she’ll be in it the entire movie or not remains to be seen but I think she will be. I was busy so I couldn’t type in the chat but I saw ur reaction live and it made me think ab the cast and the families of ppl involved and how hard it must’ve been. This movie will be a love letter to Chadwick, and a swan song to T’Challa. A+ trailer fs💜🖤
