Yes.. if i'm not mistaken the song drop around 1997.. one of my fav at that time.. puff daddy is the coolest.. he lost N.BIG and made this song.. (corret me if i'm wrong) Faith Evans is the R&B Queen.. love her forever.. the song really touch me ever since.. i lost my dad on 96.. i was in my 20s at that time.. 90s is a years of R&B, tons of killer songs.. this song bring back the great old days.. I'm in the UK. They killed this performance. In the introduction when Adele Roberts asked why they chose the song RM said it was a tribute to the rapper Biggie but then said "we wanted to say we miss Armys ..... it’s a message to all the Armys all over the world". I had tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat and I agree with Blaze, I've missed hearing BTS Singing and rapping in Korean. 😢💜💜💜

I loved Taehyung's voice the most in this song. His vocal really stood out, and as a baritone singing alongside tenors - he did a brilliant voice. Also, it's really impressive how he was able to transition from low to high in 0.5 seconds. Taehyung's range is NO joke!

My mom, who can’t stand it when I play BTS, flipped over this!! She’s always been a huge Faith fan, used to play this song All The Time back in the day, even attended a candlelight vigil for Biggie. I mean BTS NEVER fails to blow me away. They sung and rapped beautifully. The vocal line with the harmonization and adlibs. The rap line with the powerful flows. Just wow. And Tae😩 His vocals are incredible and I know his range in insane but he still surprises me all the time.

As a life long Biggie fan, I was hesitant to listen to this cover. That song has so much meaning to NY and Hip Hop culture. However, I was glad I did. It brought back emotions. I reacted to this version the exact same way I did then, just a little older and a lot less teary eyed. So for that, I am pleased. I appreciate what they did and how they respected the original but still kept it true to their style.

Many people that speak multiple languages have expressed the mental process of translating in their head before speaking English, and the challenge. English isn't a simple or easy language, and while I don't know Korean, I did learn some Japanese in college, and I recall realize just how odd our grammar is compared to many other languages.

Jimin’s high note throughout the song is unbelievably beautiful!!

They all did amazing RM rap in english, VMIN, JINKOOK, SOPE rapping in Korean and BTS singing and harmonizing together. I can't stop watching it, I'm beyond amazed. But I gotta say Jimin with those high notes and adlibs is pure angel but the best part is he makes me feel the emotion of the song. I felt really sad but it feels like he is there to comfort me. I think that's the magic of his voice.

My boyfriend passed away last month he never understood my love for BTS. But this proves again how great they are and this song couldn't have come at a better time. I wish he was still here to listen together 😔

This was a hit song from when I was barely a teen, I’m 38 now. The impact it had then was palpable. The fact that BTS keeps breaking barriers is amazing and I couldn’t be more proud to be an ARMY.

I'm sure someone has already said this but them and the Jimin effect at 4:52 is so awesome :D

The live band is GHOST, the same band who had toured with them in the past... they were on the "Tiny Desk Concert" with them, and my favorite was when they backed up BTS on "Ma City". Ma City is one of my favorite live performances....

I remember when this first came out and how moving it was to have Biggie's family there on stage when it was performed at the VMA's, this version is definitely up there with the feels. As soon as I heard that this was gonna be covered I knew that Jimin was going to NAIL Faith's vocals. And I'm so happy to hear Yoongi rap again

This covers refuted stereotypes that kpop is only abt high and light voice. Glad that some justice is done for rap & deep voice line.
