Very Radioheadesque, both in the instruments and in the voice, however I cannot tell if the off-key singing is on purpose or not, same for the lack of poetical rhythm of some sentences. Will listen to the rest of the artist's work anyway, I think there is, at the very least, potential in it + it was a few years ago and I wonder how it evolved. Also motivates me to start my own art too. Keep at it, keep arting ;)

Thank you kindly! I made this song about 6 years ago as a 22 year old trying to navigate a lo-fi but high-minded (or at least I'd like to think so) kind of music production with an emphasis on organic acoustic instruments and a lot electronic synths. I had definitely been listening to a lot of Radiohead around that time and had been a fan before so naturally a lot of the stuff I made took on that characteristics. But I also was big on Sufjan Stevens, Joanna Newsom and other more indie-folk artists and wanted to combine the soft, earnest sentiments of folk with the sonic landscapes I heard from Radiohead, Aphex Twin, Autechre, Brian Eno and minimalists like Arvo Part and Steve Reich. You are correct, though. I am so off-key here that it hurts! I don't know how I let myself get away with being both pitchy AND off-rhythm. Part of it was intentional to add a turbulent aspect but most of it was uncalled for. While even today, succinctness and clarity aren't my strengths, I've got a lot more used to the click-track/metronome and anytime I record, I try my best to line up my audio whether it's guitar, piano or some VST up with the beat. I guess I'm still caught between the freeform nature of experimental music and the exactitude of more listener-friendly content.
