Bruh if I would compare Elliot to one of the main emotions I would definitely pick Anxiety.

I remember hearing a while back that Anxiety was social anxiety (especially how Riley acted near Val) and I wondered if anyone else was thinking of Inside Out 2 when I watched the spin-off.

Well now we know Elliott is gonna have an anxiety attack in a later spinoff episode
