The topc of this katha is Waheguru Gurmantar Hai and goes on to explain the importance of the mantar.

Thanks for uploading this. I think you may have had this video uploaded in the past? There is a lot of white noise in this video. The one uploaded before didn't have this issue - any chance to upload that?

Sorry I did have this uploaded previously but lost my account. This video I have to again convert from a VHS tape and the quality has deteriorated. Im sorry for the quality
