When I first discovered WAGO products I was dumbfounded - they're simply awesome!
These are great. Solid connection, takes up little room, easy to organize wires in back of box
As a retired sparky and have only just discovered them and would have to be the best connectors I've ever seen or used, simply brilliant
Used instead of a UK ceiling rose. WAGO's are the future.
this products makes connector so easy
Eu chego até a me emocionar quando utilizo os conectores Wago 221 nas minhas instalações elétricas!!
Great product, used them found to be safer than a cap and tape.
Better than the older ones, but still has really good clamping power even though it's a lot easier to open
so simple but amazing !
German ingenuity and quality at it's best 👍👍👍👍👍
Excellent connectors
Awesome, this is what I'll use to wire up most my house. I have already ordered some 222 for 2.5mm solid core wiring I have to do. I will also order these 221's because I'll replace some of the 2.5mm aluminium with 4mm copper. I'll still have to go the traditional way with 6mm, 8mm and 10mm solid core, but there will only be about 3-5 of these at most.
You guys make great products. Maybe I just haven't seen them but, if you offered these connectors that could take a bigger wire and higher amps; I would use them all the time instead of just sometimes...
best thing since sliced bread and plasma televisions
Do you just put 2 separate wires into these connectors in order to join them
I didn't realize the test points were available. Very cool. At 1:20 it says AWG 28 .. 14 but on your page it looks like the original goes from 24 to 12 AWG. I actually thought they could hold down to 30 AWG, is that not the case? Also, can/should you use ferrules with this?
Is it permissible to insert two smaller wires into a single hole and clamp, provided the combined square area of the wire does not exceed the maximum gauge of the clamp? For example, 4 wires into a 3 wire connector, 2 small wires and 2 large wires? Thanks!
will there be a "micro" or "mini" serie of these clamps? Want to replace so called lampconnectors (one side solid - one side wire) with small options.
I just discovered the Wago Lever Nuts today. I was wondering if they make these for 10AWG, 30Amp, 240Volt?

240V is not a problem, neither is 30Amp. Not familiar with imperial units, so I don't know what 10AWG is... but there are different models available for varying sizes, yes.
Which of your installation connectors are considered to be "maintenance-free"?
If I have a 3-terminal connector and 4 wires, could I twist together 2x 16AWG wires together to share a terminal?
I have two cables containing two leaders, can i use WAGO to connect the tables? How?
Can I use Wago 221 for aluminum?
Why no 4 and 8 wire connectors like in 2273 series? I would buy some. :-)

@@WAGOUK why no 6, 11 and 21- connector for many high amp 33A 12V led lights?
If have little water does safe?
Why does it say 20A 300V on one side, and 32A 450V on the other?
Moro em Vitoria ES, ja procurei em todas as casas do ramo os conectores Wago para comprar e nao encontro em lugar algum. Ja fui de Vitoria a Guarapari passando por Vila Velha e nao encontro os produtos Wago. Alguem sabe me explicar pq?
How would these hold up to wet conditions offroad. Would they take kindly to being packed with 111 or equivalent?

These connectors are only IP2X, they have to be held within a suitable enclosure for your application.

I use these a lot at my work in wet conditions and I wrap them in self Amalgamating rubber tape if I can't use an enclosure for them. Never had any shorts once even after years of repeat exposure to wet or corrosive enviroments.

Just dip the whole thing in Liquid electrical tape like thiswww.homedepot.com/p/Gardner-Bender-White-Liquid-Electrical-Tape-4-oz-LTW-400/100116119?cm_mmc=Shopping%7CG%7CBase%7CD27E%7C27-11_TOOLS_%26_ACCESSORIES%7CNA%7CPLA%7c71700000034238984%7c58700003943782712%7c92700031954542188&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIrpDN6tm04AIVkLjACh0XWwtvEAQYASABEgKII_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
They can't be used with 12 gauge wire? :(
wow
I've always pronounced it "Vargo" as in the German style?
@WAGOUK

We also pronounce it Vargo in the UK, but in America they pronounce it their way.
Wait, this video was published by Wago and it's incorrect? You can see on the side of the connector, in the video, it clearly says awg 24-12. Yet the narrator incorrectly says 14 is the smallest wire. LOL.

Nevertheless, I love the product not only for it's ease of use but for super tight multi-wire boxes.
Still can not make a 4 port unit

ppl who do led lighting need wago 11 and wago 21 lever splicers now. one current goes in, 20 wires come out bcuz its high amp 33A low voltage 5V or 12V. and many single leds need their own wire. some chinese guy will do it if u dont. youre losing the amateur market.
Don't feel too bad though, because I was told not to put a couple wraps of tape around tabs by my authority and so obviously I don't know what the f*** I'm talking about...
