Jordan Horwitz Absolutely. If you can ground the part and charge the paint electrostatic painting will work. Typical automotive solvent based urethanes would work exceptionally well.

Would like to get in contact with you, currently working the local S.W. on buying a electrostatic unit.

+Ty Crowder Aloha Ty, We are contracted to paint previsouly painted elevator entries and the spec calls for electrostatic painting with your industrial enamel B54 Series... Since we have no way of testing the paint for resistivity, this meter would come in handy... Your tech said cut with 5-10% MEK and our equipment supplier said you really need to test the paint to make sure it will work...On the data sheet it does not give this type of application...any ideas ?
