Risky, and he should consider a ground floor office. But if MoD is starving his unit just to reduce his influence, this is a way to counter it. Since there are plenty of videos (that Ukrainian soldiers have surely seen) of Wagner torturing and executing captives, I think a member would probably think twice before surrendering considering the retaliation he might be subjected to in light of those videos.

A lot of Russians probably had the exact same thoughts, but only Prighozin was rich and powerful enough to say this publicly. But they got him too in the end. The Russian generals didnt just sacrifise Ukrainians, but the Russians they didnt like as well.

He's not wrong. It is only completely astounding how he fails to show the same outrage towards the deaths of tens of thousands of Ukrainians who's deaths weren't voluntary as the Wander ones were.
