I've watched quite a few videos here with dancers from various churches trying to interpret this song. None of them got it quite like Speaking Hands! This is anointed ministry!

I've watched several dance versions of this song tonight and didn't care for any of them, but I did find this one to be a lot different. I didn't feel like it was just about choreography. Perhaps it is because of the sign language lending itself to the attempt to convey the message of the song. I love the passion too. I'll agree with some of the comments about the disclaimer too. Why worry about who might copy us? Paul actually invited people to be imitators of him. (1 Cor. 11:1) Anyhow, loved the sign language so much. I think this can bless a lot of people.

Speaking Hands 1 second ago We don't allow video recording during concerts because we record the concert live and sell the video at the end. This is one of the ways we keep the doors of our office open. when we are out at different places, there is no way to stop people from recording us. I wonder, have anyone paid attention to any videos, products, or items you may have in your possession? We are the first Sign language group to perform to Gospel music in south florida. I posted a reason why we were advised to place that disclaimer there. We were boot legged and videos being sold saying they were speaking hands, copied, our name was used by another group to get engagements and when they showed up and did not deliver people were upset with us, Speaking Hands, who was not the group that was there. People made phone calls wanting there money back. They copied our stage performance, uniforms, and signs. We were then given legal advice to place the disclaimer there to prevent any other issues. I am sure if you are a singer and you did a 15 song CD, and one day you hear your CD sung by someone else and they are making a profit from people who think it is you, that would not sit well i am sure. Tere is no harm done to upset anyone. We were following legal advice. Look at some of you gospel Cds or videos and you will see the same message. As soon as you post a video or song on You tube that does not belong to you, you will receive a message. They have lawyers that keep up with these situations, we don't. I would like for you to look at any religious CD's, books, or any material you may have and look for the following words, opyright, trade mark, or registerd, are all the same thing you saw at the beginning of our video just different. I promise you that none of TD Jakes material is with out one of these words. TBN logo is trade mark or copy right. why shouldn't you be able to copy it since you like it?. If you go to stocked photos you will see a watermark across the picture. I will continue to protect what we have spent 18 years to build. Any one that decides to copy it should give the respect and say this presentation was inspired by Speaking Hands. anyone can feel free to call me at 305.970.0053. Truthfully you are saying this should not have been done on youtube by me, I think the person who wrote the first comment should have contacted us via phone. I am really sorry everyone feels this way. My question is, if you only say COPYRIGHT BY SPEAKING HANDS, would that have made a difference? It all means the same thing. Be Blessed

Speaking Hands I actually am a writer of my own songs, articles, poems, a book, and a play. I have posted all of my stuff that I have on KZread without a disclaimer or even a notice of copyright. I have had people record my songs without permission in the past. But, in my experience, they have all paid the royalties when they knew that was the right thing to do, after I spoke with them about it upon finding out one of my songs was on a cd being sold. I'm not at all against copyrights and feel you have every right to copyright your material. It was only the disclaimer that was off-putting. I do think just saying it was copyrighted at the end of the video would be enough. I actually have no problem with people singing my songs or recording them on youtube. I have only felt that they should rightly represent the song and that if they intend to make money on it, they should pay a standard royalty fee. If no money is to be made at all by one singing my songs, I more than welcome the sharing of anything God has blessed me with inspirationally. It's really not about the money at all...and I would much rather have God's messages He has entrusted to me to go out there any way possible. Certainly people should not take what you have worked hard to make or steal your group's name. I know I got the same message as the others here that said anything about the disclaimer. I can only speak to what I wrote, and it wasn't meant to be a put down. I was only trying to say that being imitated isn't so bad and perhaps God can protect where protecting is needed. His blessings are far more than monetary...they include increased inspiriation, a flow of annointing, and an ability to reach souls for His kingdom.

I enjoyed viewing this. If you do not mind may I make 2 suggestions and 1 comment. Comment: I do understand the disclaimer. When selling an item, duplication can exist. I am a sign language interpreter of 28 years. Even Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals do sell their material to keep finances coming in, especially if they travel and record videos. We cannot be ignorant to Satan's devices. Suggestions: It would be better for viewing if the lead person wore a solid color. It makes the signage more prominent and the hands more visible. Also, please make sure the signage is not to overly stated. Signs can begin to look "wild". I thoroughly was blessed viewing this. Keep going in the name of Jesus!

I agree with the comments about the disclaimer? Is this for profit or for God? Why would you not want other churches to experience this kind of praise? If you guys did it the best, you should just say "amen" and thank the Lord for showing you how to do it (if it was done under God's direction, which I hope.) It was a nice performance, but the disclaimer kind of distracted me. Do you not allow people to record during your performances as well?

Speaking Hands Deep, Paul said it best to me, Silver and Gold I do not have, but what I have I "freely" give. To put a Price on things that should be free. For people to get breakthroughs, inspiration, chains being broken or anything of the nature they would need money....What would Jesus do, I mean really, what would He do?

I did enjoy the dance, very anointed, however the "Warning" message in the beginning kind of turned me off because the costumes are duplicates of the military and you say no one can duplicate you all and I think it would be a great honor if other ministries looked to you all as inspiration God Bless.

I would like to respond to your comment. first of all please be careful what you say in the eye of the public when you don't have all the facts. It would have been more appropriate to email us and I would respond to you. Just so you know, you are the first person in the 18 years we have been in Ministry that made this comment. Hundreds of our videos have been sold all over the country. We did that b because another sign language group in our area began dressing like us, using the same songs, copying our PR packages, and using our name to get engagements. We were advised by a Lawyer to include this at the beginning of our videos to protect our organization uniqueness. This group used our videos as information to copy us. More than one instance they came to our live recordings to study us and secretly record us during the concert. When they were seen recording they reverted to buying the videos and then copying us. If this message troubled you then most of your well known recording artist also have this message. They are not saying you cain't go out and buy the suits they wear, just asking people to respect their hard work of uniqueness. So this is not about the military outfit we wore in that one song, it's about the unique outfits we are known for wearing for the past 18 years. all of our videos have this message. I am sorry the only important message you got from this song was this one. This shows we are truly raging war against the enemy. P.S. Also we are not Praise dancing. This is complete sign language with expression and bringing the words to life which is what our Deaf friends tell us the Deaf community need to feel the importance of the words. We are the pioneers of sign language to music. The only Sign Language Ministry that does compete sign language. Again the Angels from Heaven maybe dancing but we are speaking someones language and painting a picture and story for those who cannot hear. Our focus is complete Ministry.

Robert Flintroy The way you responded to me shows a lot and was borderline rude, when one decides to put anything on youtube you are opening for people to comment, such as putting that in the beginning without having the background or the basis behind that leaves one open to make their own conclusion. If I was the first person to say something, does not mean I was the only person to come across that thought. Also, I never said this was "praise dancing."Sorry if something I said offended you and your organization. As I said, "I enjoyed the dance." and I being a viewer has a right to have an opinion it was not intended to offend, but that is what one was lead to believe with that statement. I came with respect and thumbs up the video and even shared it because I was touched by it...sadly I think you read a lot more negativity in my comment then what it was. God Bless.

It's sad when people only see the negative in what someone says, missresecup I read ur statement and thought the same thing and I wouldn't take that away from them that it was a beautiful performance, but i and my son watched it and was like...."dang a warning message." You have the right to speak your mind, I think that Robert you approached the situation very badly and the same way that u said she could have came to you all privatey, you could have did the same thing. You tube is full of opinions but that doesn't stop you all right? You got dislikes, is that gonna stop you? This is a public platform and anyone should be able to speak.

wow. this is so powerful, but the disclaimer though. For who are you dancing? To keep your doors open or God?? God alone can keep open or shut a door. word of advice. dont make it about you please!! or your doors being open, or your nme being used, its NOT about that. Jesus, and Jesus only.

I just find it funny that the Gospel is suppose to be spread yet the are copy writting all their moves as to say "Don't show God praise in this way"....sad to be honest, no debating it
