Rooney and Rebekah Vardy’s Wag War Two is currently in stalemate as their lawyers were told by a High Court judge that he would not give a ruling in a dispute over £320,000 costs.
Senior costs judge Andrew Gordon-Saker told both legal teams to come to an agreement. But he grumbled: “This could go on and on.”
