Uhh, when people say CRE is in trouble, they are solely talking about offices (maybe malls too). They are definitely not talking about multifamily residential, so how is this guy selling an apartment building at no loss relevant whatsoever?
Buffet said you are good within the bank stocks 6 months ago. Legend none the less. 😂 . I still believe only the small banks with be impacted this time. Big boys always get bailed out. The wild part will be how we get over this with the freebie payday loan market. We are in for an interesting time for sure.
