What makes you say the Kenyan bodyguard was wrong

There are situations in which Presidential guards may be casually dressed for security purposes in a network. Have introductions between officials that may have to coordinate in work, so as to avoid such events. We once saw the Libyan President's guards manhandle UG President's guards quite humiliatingly, during the launching of a Kampala mosque.

I am in the same field and I know how that scenario could have most likely ended if there was 100% no communication and understanding between the two 😅...
