W900 10x6 Twin Steer | B-double Flatbedding in ATS

I've added a new fifth wheel position to the twin steer mod: right over the center drive axle, and I made it so the 3 axle B-double flatbed chassis works with this fifth wheel position; I had to move the landing gear back a smidge. I added that to my B-Double Flatbed fix mod.
