Hi.I don't want to criticise your work,but the pieces of the door lining should be connected prior to be fitted and also I wouldn't rely entirely on a biscuits joints when comes to building doors,better option is tongue and groove reinforced with either domino or dowells(for strength and prolong the life of the door allowing wood movement).Other than that is nice job!

저도... 인천에서....ㅋㅋ 제재목이 가장 많은데가 인천이고... 요즘은 소량 판매도 많이 하다 보니 아마 구하시긴 생각보다 쉬우실거에요~ 제가 거래하는 곳은 알려드렸다가 문제들이 좀 있었어서 여기서 알려드릴순 없지만... 거의 인천 대부분의 목재상의 가격은 비슷합니다~

A biscuit jointer to to glue the end grain to the straight grain ?? I know it's an inside door but nobody would do that .... and you have a festool domino, why wouldn't you use that ?

@@beAdamant end grain soaks up glue and provides a very weak joint. Glueing in a domino ads a little more surface area and ads in strength compared to the biscuit used here which is solely an alligmnet aid and ads no strength at all. Typically though a mortise and tennon joint would be the strongest option for a end grain to long grain joint like this

yes. I used domino or other mortise. and this time, I use biscuit. I think, biscuit enough too. indoor door. I tried this way 5 years ago. that has no problem until now. but this way is not perfect. I just try various ways. if the way has problems, I will change it. that is how I grow up😂

why? there is no argument against biscuits for this project i would say, there are no forces that culd break the joint. cheaper solution giving the same result.

also you have some playwhile joining parts together? cant say much cuz i own only biscuit jointers for now (dewalt, makita), but for most jobs isnt it enough ?
