W4F - Fly Fishing Patagonia - Argentina

Ойын-сауық

Ken Tanaka of Wish4Fish is back on the water. This time fly fishing in Patagonia Argentina with Santiago Dall'Acqua of Patagonic Anglers.
I finally made it to Patagonia Argentina. It's on every angler's bucket list and for good reason. It did not disappoint. Santi really made the experience above and beyond what I expected. I had an amazing time and already can't wait to go back.

    Loved this! I'm originally from Argentina. Spent a lot of time in patagonia but never got into fly fishing until I moved to the USA. I'm taking a few of my friends down this November. Excited to fish my native country for the first time. GREAT videos! Entertaining and informative 👍

    Great video. Been to that area and others in both Argentine Patagonia and Chilean Patagonia many times. This old man's daughter happens to live in Patagonia and is married to a one time guide. Tough life and heavy burden, but someone has to pick up the huge responsibility of checking on the inventory and health of Patagonian trout for the last 20+ years :) I've been greatly blessed by God in so many ways too numerous to count!

    I'll be in Patagonia Argentina in late November. Wondering what weight rods and lines you're fishing? Planning on 5 & 6wts, but wondering if you used sinking links or sinking tip lines for streamers? Thanks.

  • @Wish4Fish

    @Wish4Fish

    Жыл бұрын

    Unfortunately, that all depends on how and where you are fishing. I did use sinking lines with streamers and usually always do. Although, that also depends on the fishery. I used 5wt and 8wts
