HEY Y'ALL!! We know it's been a while. Standing in solidarity with the actors & writers striking has left us hard pressed to find interesting content to give you all.
Since we do have a little more time on our hands these days, we thought we'd start sharing our off couch, IRL adventures.
Living in Southern California, there are so many places within reasonable driving distances to explore. So to kick off this slight pivot, we spent the afternoon at the Comic-Con Museum in San Diego, CA and brought you all along!
The Comic-Con Museum is a year-round experience focused on comics and popular arts, similar to the annual Comic-Con International convention.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, this is a perfect way to spend an afternoon. If you're in the San Diego area and like comic books, definitely check it out.

Very cool that you guys got to make your own sketches with a light box. I learned about that when I was in high school a friend of mine he introduced me to a artist named "Ernie Colo'n" that worked at Harvey Comics and Marvel Comics Ernie did "Richie Rich" comics and he did "Conan the Barbarian" comics and other stuff. He gave us both an autographed actual black and white print that are pages done in India Ink and are the pages that they run off to make the actual comic books. My print was a large image of Conan chopping the head off of a giant snake. RIP Ernie Colo'n 1931-2019
