Schönberger Viennese Regulator, with its gorgeous Serpentine/Biedermeier transitional case in near mint condition is a show stopper. This clock runs on 3, 10 pound weights. this clock also includes a second dial, silence feature, self leveling and regulating system, locking door, near perfect time keeping, and burl inlay case. This clock, with a two toned Grand Sonnerie strike has a grandeur in sound that is pleasing to the ear. This Viennese regulator is larger than most Viennese regulators, and much larger than german regulators. This clock was restored to near mint condition by a professional world class horologist prior to our ownership. The case is entirely restored, with practically 0 blemishes and scratches. This clock weighs in at around 100 LBS. similar clocks by W Schönberger, even inferior WS clocks have been featured in Viennas clock museum.
