I think this is the first version of this storyline and plot. We have seen so many versions of this storyline it's ridiculous. But I'm not going to lie, whether in historical or modern dramas, the actor that plays the male lead, I don't know why, but in most of his dramas, he plays the villain or scum trash. Don't get me wrong, he's a good actor, but he could at least play a good guy once in a while.

There's one drama with Wang Gege called "Mei Gui Guan Mian" (玫瑰冠冕) in which his character is the ultimate green flag guy. Very, very sweet.

Violence Alert: I'm sorry but I used to like this actor, but no more. He seems to be only taking on these roles. He needs to think about what roles he takes. You have to wonder if he is like this in real life? Domestic Violence is not acceptable in any shape or form and if he keeps accepting these roles he is going to be hated by many women around the world. Promoting this type of atrocities against women is just not on.
