3 Tablesoon of Jelly Powder mixed in 1 Litre of warm water, Leave @15 minutes.
Bring to boil in Big pot, Add 2-3 cups of Sugar and mix until dissolved while boiling.
Add Pandan leaf (mixed with water - see video) This will flavour and colour the jelly.
Remove from heat. Pour into tub and let set. Repeat the process with the coconut jelly and so on, building up different layers.

How many cup of water do you use
English subtitle?
That is a lot of sugar...
I wanted to make this but, i can't find the small coconut can. Only the big can. Can you please tell me how many cups of coconut milk you use? Thank you.
