Every time I think I'm strong, when my ego gets a little out of control, a WH video comes out, especially women - men are a different story, and it reminds me that the most important thing in life is to be humble.

@@anthonyhampton9794 I’m 47yrs old and started back in the gym after 15 yrs…. I’ve started doing power cleans and front squats as the gym doesn’t have a squat rack. Well I really appreciate how impressive these lifters are 😢

I couldn't agree more. I use this humbling to inspire my efforts to get stronger. There's nothing like watching a 110lb/50 kilo woman lift almost twice what I clean and press.

Whenever I workout, what I watch are women lifting. Men lifting and working out is already expected. However, if a woman outlifts and out trains you, then you need serious workout to do, and that's my motivation.

As someone that's fairly new to watching weightlifting I'd like to have seen a list of all competitors at the start of the video. Plus periodical shots during the video of the main board to see the lifters progress. That said, thanks for content you do show. 👍

They’ve probably been training longer than you. They train more efficiently than you because of their specialised coaches. They probably have a better training plan than you. Don’t be hard on yourself

I was in a Competition once,where a guy finished bis Lifts and went into the Training Area and did a Training session....crazy which Level some People operate in

When the judges take that long - the competitor should get the lift by default. If they have to look that closely then that seems a bit ridiculous.

Folks who break up big blocks of chalk should have their own kiosk. That way, they'll experience the conclusion of their pattern of destructive behavior more acutely.

It's not very common to see the heavy lifters wearing glasses like the girl from Turkey. She probably needs them and doesn't have contacts. Seems like they'd frown on it because they don't want to risk objects being caught by the bar.

If one these girls decides to snatch me, I'll say, "I can be your purse."

I really curious about their weight, they look very strong, we know that muscle is heavy, I think they are 70kg+.
