You have thought of every major concern that I can think of, and would expect to be discussed. I can't tell you how important and impressive that is. The battery choice was a good one: it is common and easier to find than 2032. It is also easier to replace with gloved and and is overall more durable. Yes, some will complain (some people could complain about anything) that it is not Aim-point micro, or whatever mounting pattern, but you accounted for this with included mounts. 12 Gauge, GP-25..I look forward to the videos. Have no doubts: this is outstanding!! I am looking forward to buying it for myself.

Just got mine yesterday! Shot about 600 rounds with it on my KP-9 (Vityaz). Performed like a champ. I think I like it even more than my eotech. The sight picture is very crisp and the circle (no dot) reticle is awesome for closer ranges. I can clearly see where my shots are hitting. So much so, I could rapid fire on target with complete confidence. I'm also impressed with how rugged this sight is. It feels indestructible. Tip if you get one and use the lens caps: rotate them to the 2 o' clock position so they lay flat and don't poke up into your field of view. Great job, Zenitco! I look forward to what else you have in stored.

In the US it can reach temperatures of over 120° F (48.9° C) in vehicles left in the sun. Is there any risk of mechanical or electrical failure?

I would think mounting it directly over the gas tube would generate more heat than your car possibly could. I know of several people personally who have fried their holosuns this way. Hopefully the zenitco one is more durable than that. Those same individuals jave switched to aimpoints and report no issues now.

Nothing on the site about shake awake or auto shutoff. 1 year battery life on medium setting with just the dot, 60 hours with circle + dot on max brightness... The weight is measured without battery, lens caps, or mount, so it's not too crazy. Aimpoint T2 is 130 grams, probably measured with low mount.
