So I started playing this deck, and well, I'm still learning how to best play it. I messed up in my second game missing out on the Siegfried, for the second round, and so I passed after playing one card. The opponent played once and got ahead and passed. Well, that was exactly when my vipers came out and I 2-0 with 8 cards left. Great deck!

Love that this deck includes Iris!!! Big fan of HoS dlc so I’m happy whenever they get played. Maybe some Olgierd shenanigans sometime soon?

Always interesting to see a deck i haven't seen before in game (I recently just started playing again) then a day or 2 later I see your video and I think oh so it's Jon's fault luckily my opponent didn't play it that well.

I'm curious, who do you think would win in a meme-off: a meme viper deck or a meme meditating mages deck?

When Meditating Mages were meta, Vypper cleaned them up over and over again. 7 points is bigger than 3 points :)

Back then i used to run eleyas in all my ST decks. Just an insta forfeit from vypper players. Might start teching it after watching this lol.

For Vypper, yes! Get as many copies as you can. Every copy is basically a card in round 2 so you typically go even into round 2. Carrying over 7 Vyppers into round 3 can be thought of going +7 in hand, basically getting you a TON of card advantage.

You could have exchange Spores for Iris with Companions in the first game. I believe it would not discard anything.

I like your version of Vyper deck because of its consistency, but I modified it a little because I don't have Letho and Royal Decree, but still an annoying deck, and forced some people just gave up and forfeited the game in Round 1.

With so many great copy effects in the game, I prefer to aim for consistency. I find that 5 Vyppers is the magic amount. 35 points carry over in round 2 and 3 is plenty to crush most decks. Idarran, while fun, creates too much inconsistency and excess.
