As i grow older I've learned that a man will give anything for his freedom;seeing that fact that things come and go,but life is precious and cannot be replaced i began to wonder when are we truly going to value life;we need to take a page from this book,money doesn't solve everything,its best to put our egoes aside;and think before we act❤❤❤❤think before we speak;and don't think that it can't happened to me;i don't know who is guilty or not guilty,but in the end was it all worth it?im feeling so much sympathy because i can understand what everyone is going through;for the families of the deceased;and the families and fans of kartel;in the end they are no winners;its just grief and pain😢

I don't think you understand like most people, about this juror thing. The prosecutor, judge and police claims they know that one of the juror was being bribe. Even before and after the verdict was given.The question is why the didn't remove that juror? If you you already know he got bribe to bring a not guilty verdict. Them removing that juror wouldn't change anything it would even help them the prosecutor in there case , because they would actually have evidence. What this juror thing prove is that no one was being bribed it also prove that it's more than likely that the other jurors was set to bring a guilty verdict before the case even start. And on to of that with so much breaches of the law it's clearly they were being set up. The lawyers know that the judges knows that but you won't hear they say it in layman's terms they speak in panel code, but they see the evidence of these persons possible being set up.

​@bibleknowledge9321 Bert explained it- if they removed the juror then they would have had to restart the whole trial with a new jury. The had 11 jurors- that's the minimum they could have used for a murder trial. If they dismissed 1 then the case would a have to start over

How that benefit the prosecution when it puts the entire case into jeopardy and is the single act that gave grounds to consider an appeal? Have you realised that no other solid argument was made? They didn't argue the validity of the evidence nor any of the other stupid arguments that have been floating around. The whole appeal case was based on following protocol as it related to the jury. On top of that, Bert mentioned that the PC has to consider if the evidence was sufficient for the trial judge to decide to proceed

@@SCNNICURN there were three grounds of appeal. Police obtained phones evidence illegally, who to tell what they did with the phone. Tampered evidence that was proven by an independent telecommunication investigator, look it up. The Privy Council judges were also arguing that the tainted juror could sway the minds of the jurors to come with a guilty verdict. There’s no proof that the defense team and the accuse have anything to do with that tainted juror. The juror also plead not guilty and they sentenced him, so that alone gonna be a big problem.

Even if kartel is guilty. There is no way he should have been convicted there was clear wrongdoing from the prosecutor and the juror should have been dismised he should be free base on procedure

On the totality of everything known and the evidence proffered in the case. The misstep of the judge in proceeding despite being told about the corrupted juror, who was attempting to , bribe the others as he was bribed, which failed evidently. The judge could not dismiss him, because he wild be trying the case with 10 jurors which was not allowed then. The judge decided to proceed because also the verdict did not have to be unanimous, the judge in his eminence knew he would have a 10 to 1 verdict based on the evidence that would be submitted. It happened exactly so. It is problematic yes, hence this appeal, but it will not alter the outcome based on the totality of the evidence. Unfortunately the dj and his crew will do their time. The only benefit they may derive, is after their conviction is affirmed, the lords may decrease the number of years they must serve before applying for parole. That trial was unfair. I listened to what happened and those irregularities juror who is corrupt, judge only giving a warning to the juror, plus giving them 17 minutes to make such an important decision...and other things like senior officer not following protocol to garner evidence correctly. How could this be a fair trial? Please tell the public.
