Weich in the Void Hmm..I don’t know whether he’s replying to the original comment or PaciPan’s comment about End Of Rain...xD

So, as a trained musician myself (and with a particularly strong love of production/editing/mixing/mastering), I can see such a difference between this and other vocaloids ... and the main thing is that kyaami likely has some sort of understanding of how vocals work, and a very discerning ear (and patience!). Listen to the vibrato, and how it doesn't just move at one tempo or amplitude. Like a real singer, it starts a bit slower and wider, and tightens and gets faster near the end of the notes. This is just one example of something that a lot of other people who compose with vocaloids seem to not "get". Thanks for this. Really awesome work!

YES, THIS IS WHAT I'M THINKING ALWAYS. Kyaami is one of the few vocaloid producers that know how to control vocaloid's voice technique because for me, some vocaloid tune too screeching and weird tempo that makes my ears ringing and unpleasant to hear. But Kyaami really one of the kind that knows how to use every voicebanks speciality to avoid weird note and off tempo.

갑자기 오랜만에 듣고싶어서 왔다. 이 노래를 하루종일 들었던게 얼마 안된거 같은데 벌써 5년이 지났네..

I hope those 5 seconds between 0:40 and 0:45 really draw a line that all vocaloids could follow in a near future... it sounds SO realistic, the breathing, the growling, it really add feelings to this song like a real human would do.

새하얀 채 지냈던 시절로는 돌아갈 수 없다고 했는데, 하얀색만큼 물들기 쉬운 색이 없으니 돌아보지 말라는 말은 헤어졌지만 지금도 사랑했던 그때처럼 사랑하고 있다는 의미... ㅠㅠ 옛날이야기의 뒷이야기가 있고 그걸 들어두라는 것도 다시 시작하고 싶다는 의미 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 가사가 진짜 너무 서정적이고 가슴 아픔....

I think VY1 is *seriously* underrated· VY2 as well· I mean, these two *really* deserves more caring from the producers and fandom· Just because they're "anonymous" and "doesn't show their faces" as the others doesn't justify why people seems to don't care at all about them·

+Zarastroika Not that this comment really needs a reply, but I agree. I also see complaints the VY1 sounds like Rin Kagamine. Not that it necessarily matters much, because both voices are beautiful. I'm just hoping for a VY2 V4, or at least the possible VY4 will be an English version of "him." In my opinion, I actually don't even know why they aren't popular. I mean, I can't figure out the reason why.

Zarastroika A lot of people like the designs! I do as well, but people overlook the sword and hairpin. Not to mention they're both really cool designs of a sword and hairpin. Also, the pink. People overlook the pink, for example VY2 because it's a male vocal. So they're like, "Oh, well, it's probably feminine or something weird." It depends on the person. I mean weird as in not a "normal" or "realistic" male vocal. And you're right, ironically we're talking about the designs, not the voice. People complain about Piko's design, but listen to the voice! The design might be cool or not, but the voice is good! (when in the right hands)

Indigo Williamson I did not say that I don't like them, I meant that for many people they gives more attention to looks than voices· Like, see Miku· Her voice is nice · when it's used properly, sadly it's not the case with most songs · but the VYs are more professional, if you know what I mean· But see how many millions of views Miku songs got that both VYs couldn't even get close· In fact, pretty ponytails catches much more buzz than professional singing and mellower songs· I'm pretty sure if Miku didn't got her looks, she would be much less popular·

Zarastroika Did I say that you didn't! Oh, my gosh, that's not what I meant at all! I'm sorry! I meant that it's just how people judge by looks, but I guess that's how a lot of the world goes. I see what you mean. I'm thinking it like how when a VOCALOID cover a song like, I don't know, a JB song, fans love it (the few fans that actually listen). I think the twin tail part just caught on, and as a younger girl--as compared to MEIKO or KAITO--more people became interested. I've noticed some people like it less when Miku doesn't have her ponytails, or when her hair is cut for certain songs or MMD models. It's just become her trademark, and people like it.

almost a decade and still a banger.....hope this song will be an eternity of an enlightenment for the next generations.....

中学生の頃に聞いて思わず泣いた1曲。飽き性な私がずっと聴いてるぐらい大好きな曲です。

하 초딩 때 데이터도 없던 때 영상 저장해서 학원 오고 가는 길에 맨날 들었던 거 생각나네... 지금 거의 7년이 지났는데 초딩 때 이후로 내 기억 속에서 사라졌다가 지금 어쩌다가 다시 들었는데 하 진짜 해석 가사는 기억도 안 나는데 일본어 가사는 다 따라할 수 있는 거 보고 진짜 소름이 돋았다 게다가 지금 들어도 띵곡이고 지금 들어도 보컬로이드 같다기보다 여전히 사람이 부른 것 같이 자연스러움... 결론은 진짜 띵곡 ㅠㅠ

진짜 이 노래를 뛰어넘을 조교가없네 ㄷㄷ..

Vy1 and Vy2 are my favorite vocaloids. Even if they don't really have a Sprite (Well, I guess they do now but... Whatever), they sound so real and pretty. Also, you can hear them breath. It just makes them sound more human! I know a lot of people like Vocaloid because it "surpasses" the voice of a human, but a Vocaloid's voice comes from a human. Vy1 and Vy2 just sound so perfect, and their vibrato is great too! I just love them and I wish people would notice them more! Miku and the other get too much attention for their sprites.

ALSO! I'm not trying to hate on Miku and the others! In fact, Rin and Len are my second favorites! I'm just saying that they are more popular because of their Sprites and because they were first. Actually, not even! MEIKO actually came first, but she's not nearly as popular as Miku, it's really just the sprites. People should be focusing on the voice, and these two have amazing voices.

every Vocaloid has breaths... you get them as .wav files most just dont feel like adding them... Also Meiko had no -what you call- a Sprite (they are called avatars; Sprites are what you use in video games for example Mario in Super Mario World is a sprite) from the beginning, that was just a package design and never intended to reflect the persona of the vocaloid. the first one to do that was Sweet Ann, who was released I think a couple days prior.

僕の学生時代を一緒に過ごした歌です。 作ってくださってありがとうございます。歌に感動からかですか。 少し涙が出ます。

어느새 잊어버린 곡이지만 다즈비님의 커버곡 알림을 보고 떠올라, 충격을 받고 바로 뛰어왔습니다. 비록 처음으로 접한 건 티비플 영상이였지만 제가 이 곡을 잊었다는 것에 대해서 적잖은 충격을 받았습니다... 마치 어린시절 제가 겪었던 것들을 눈치채지 못한 새에 버리고 온듯한 느낌이 들어 순간 멍때리고 말았습니다. 다시 접한 만큼, 두 번은 곡을 잊고 싶지 않습니다.

이 노래 알고 들은지는 꽤 됐는데.. 보컬로이드쪽은 거의 문외한이라 이게 보컬로이드곡인거 안지 얼마 안됐을 정도로 너무 자연스럽다ㄷㄷ 단지 기계음일 뿐인데 감정이 고스란히 느껴지는게 정말 신기하네요..

9 years later, still one of my favourite music pieces. Gives me such strong feelings every time, simply by the way it is arranged. You're really so damn good at this ❤

This is amazing! I've never heard VY1 sound so incredible. You never cease to amaze. I'm really looking forward to see what else you will do with V4! Holding out hope for something with Nekomura Iroha... cillia+Iroha+growl function, can you guys imagine how godly that would be??

kyaami-sama has done it _again_;gorgeous use of the new VY1V4 hnnngh VY1 sounds SO GOOD. especially with this Vocaloid4 update and those growls hnnnnnnngHH.

I think I might be in love with this. I mean... I've never heard such a powerful voice with Vocaloid. The way you made VY1 sing the "Kasanari au" at the beginning of the verse just sent chills down my spine. I'm not as up to date as before with Vocaloid, so I hope that Growl function will be there for all V4 Vocaloids. It'll make wonders with VocaRock and VocaLoud. I can't wait to hear more of that.
