IMO, VXON is not second to SB19, not even close. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate them, and they are definitely one of the best Ppop groups. However, VXON's members are inferior compared to other boy groups as far as vocals are concerned. Aside from Franz, the other members can't perform high note ballads like SB19 does. That being said, I would have to say either ALAMAT or PLUUS is second to SB19 overall.
