this is actual really neat. I could definitely use this tech in what I do. Now here's the thing, you're working on a very simple part, I've always measured everything by hand so far and can produce very accurate models, however it is time consuming, but I feel like with more complex parts, this wouldn't be much faster :(..... I'd also probably sooner just import the mesh model into solidworks and create the feature tree directly in there vs. going back and forth.... this is still neat none the less. How much for the CREOHandyscan3D and VX software anyway? cannot find prices on-line :(

Pro-tip, change your sketch color to make it easier to work with :) grey on grey @ 15:00 is horrible :(

What version of vxmodel is this? I have 8.1 and no option to import a solid back into vxmodel

Informative video, however, it seems you have made this for those with experience with this software. For those of us that are new to it, slow it down a bit. Separate the segments into clearly defined topics and focus on teaching and not showcasing.

your background music is louder than your narration.

go faster, was to slow to me. its more like "look, I can du thins faster then you"

just a shame the customer service is so poor that you cannot access a product you have paid for. be wary about changing to online licence it will work for a while then when it doesnt you have to use trial. then when it happens again trial is no longer available and you have to wait while they decide whether to allow you another trial licence while they sort out initial licence issue
