the verna uses the G4LH 1.5 Smart Stream 1.5 T-GDI, which is not very tuner friendly. Stage 1 for Verna is max 180Hp/293Nm, Stage 1 for Virtus is max 194HP/323Nm. virtus is 14hp/30 above verna when both are stage 1 tuned. virtus is stronger even if you go for tuning. and as most hyundai cars I'm betting its internals are almost running near max capacity. im going off of euro spec tunes or tuning boxes available for these engines internationally.

Are you sure a tune is available for the 1.5 TSI motor 🤔. As far as what I've heard, a tune is only available for the 1.0 motor as of now

@@Mr.NobodyYT6 where in my comment did i say it was available in india. I specifically wrote euro spec, which uses a Bosch MG1CS011 ECU. or through a tuning box which does not care whether the ecu is locked.

@@yateshasher4872 no tune of 1.5 tsi available in india currently, a tuning box on the other hand still works, since it does not care if the ecu is locked. Sourcing said tuning box is the painful part, price + GST + Import tax and a 3 month waiting time from the ones that do ship it to india.

Looks like Hyundai's claimed 160 BHP is the power that it puts out on the crankshaft. The actual usable power output, after accounting for transmission losses, might be much lower than 160 bhp leading to it trailing most of the times in drag races. #OnePossibility

The cut was because Verna wasn't in the frame while I was capturing it from my phone. I asked for the view from the co-passenger & attached it to my shot . I've made this drag as transparent as I could .

Hahahaha autocar says verna is quicker, zig wheels says verna is quicker, evo India confirmed verna is quicker, gagan confirmed it was quicker, yet, this insecure guy will ring this out till he’s washed up. Also the virtus managed to overtake the tuned kushaq only past 130 whereas in the video posted today whereas the Verna did it past 80/90, the same Verna also overtook the virtus past 120 in Vikram mallik boxers videos and of course the same happened with the tuned seltos. Either get the silver verna or better yet slap on a vbox on the virtus.

Automatic meh driver ka farak kaise aayega. Accelator paddle press Karo or chale jao. And launch bhi dono kar same time peh ho rahi hai. Verna ka gear shifting dekho kitna slow kar rahi hai as compared to virtus.

10hp and 3nm torque jyada hai phi bhi nahi jeeta. Mid meh bhi nahi aaya or potential bhi nahi aaya Verna. Or Verna ke shifting dekho bohot slow shif kiya hai as compare to virtus. And yeh Verna 160bhp toh hai he nahi. Hyundai ne jhoot bolta hai. 😂😂
