Mine has done 16000 from new March 2019,never missed a beat ,due for its 2nd service in the 1st week of March but I consider this quotation to be expensive by VW rates. Still love this car on my fun drives around the Cotswolds and on longer trips on the various motorways etc.

Thats so embarassing that people are proud nowadays that their new car made its first 16.000km or miles without major problems.. My 38 years old vw jetta with 275.000km had the last 30.000 no major problems, even without looking after it 😂😂😂

Mine 2019 Up GTI has just topped 6,000. It’s had 2 services under the plan, I bought for around £200. You seem to do a lot of braking @ 30% wear. I suggest you change those tyres to Goodyear Eagle Asymmetric 205/ 40 This will give more traction and protect the Aloys. Try also upgrading to Bilstein 14 suspension.
