I'm from Ireland and we drive on the other side of the road and it's hard to find rhd Volkswagens - I learned the other day that there was only between 4 and 5000 rhd Volkswagen t3 syncros ever built, and I saw one on eBay at about 20k euros.. it's proving to be a difficult journey trying to fetch one of these vehicles

Unfortunately, we don't know the exact type of wheel as they were purchased by the previous owner. But they are bigger and more stable than the original retaining ring rims and have a different bolt circle. That's why the LT features reinforced axles and customized wheel holders.

@Tim Aldis We now know more about the wheels. These are MEFRO rims with the identification: 6Jx16H2. ET70. They have a guaranteed load by the manufacturer at 110 kmH of 1600kg per rim.
