VW Golf Mk6 GTI How to Install Sequential Tail Lights

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

I will show how to install led sequential tail lights in a MK6 Volkswagen Golf GTI. I will show in detail how to remove the trunk hatch panels, and how to run the wires from the light on the body to the lights on the trunk hatch. This should be applicable to the GTI's from 2010-2014.

I have MK6 GTI installing these tail lights tomorrow, I know these cars electrical systems are super sensitive, I just had to pay someone to redo alot of it. Should I disconnect the battery first before unplugging and plugging the tail light back in?

That's how these lights come with one reverse light white and the other red. You can check to see in the video, when I showcase my lights, one is red. However, someone in the comment section had mentioned about switching one of the pins to make both lights white.
