Do you know the number of pieces, that white plastic and the orange, to find it and order it? My passat doesn't have factory ventilation, so I'd like to install it

Hi, what are those electric cable for? I have a B5.5 Passat made in 2002, and my problem is that the left side inner vent is not working (what can be directed by the botton wheel) I think something is broken in that. I saw a seller with good price one, but there is only one photo about it, and I could not decide if these cables are what for? My Passat has digit climate. Thansk for your reply in advance!

The cables are for the lights. They normally are inoperable at this age of Passat.
