out of the blue, i couldn´t tell those two from each other too. why do both of them have to be named Ryan in the first place? and think of how unique old actors from the 70´s, 80´s and 90´s all looked. but today the younger ones almost look like clones of each other and don´t have many distiguive features.

Another thing to point in your comment about hard to tell age in anime thing when Chichi had a confusion moment apparently in canon saiyans don't age very much. I kinda had to look it up cause I needed a refresher but the wiki says they stay looking in their prime until they're 80 then they age to make up the difference I'm not defending what happened but I will point out how Chichi could make the mistake. However on the other hand she should know her son & her husband's clothing choices especially given how I remember Goten dressing as a teen.
