just trigger effects...trying to assign the x/y pad to scrolls is hard, but possible, I did oit for a while. but, I use mostly group 5 on the 57 to scroll effects, but if you didnt you could get a different controller, even the nanocontrol might work...but now we are eating up usb ports. now on group 4 on the nano I have the top set to engage/disengage the 4 video effects

Can the nanopad be used for adjusting the VSL effects in 1.1? It seems to me like they would require something with knobs or levers instead of buttons.

wish me lucky with 64. I am currently converting all of my videos, but I hope to have similar results, my specs are similar except if have a 9600m nvida card which should help a little. I just keep hearing how the software isn't ready for 64, but your vid is giving me hope, when all I have is doubt from all the apple gurus that surround me...
