A very beneficial and informative video that every VSG recepient from Op to years afterwards can glean from. I'm 2 months post op but need to learn what head hunger is and slowing down my meals. Your examples, encouragement, and desire to help others in their own journeys resonated with me deeply.

I’m doing a reset after a huge regain and it’s nice to watch your informative video on all the numbers. I’ve forgotten everything y now. Wish me luck ❤

Congrats on your surgery! Just a kindly fyi, you will not be able to fit much in being only 5 days post op. The key right now is to stay hydrated. You will get there though!! Thank you for being here also. ❤️

Thank you for the pep talk! I’m 2 weeks post op and am struggling with the head hunger. I’ve been soooo good and strict with what I’ve had so far but I’m so nervous about the next two stages where I can actually eat things other than liquid.

The head hunger is so real. Try drinking some water when you are experiencing the head hunger, sometimes it can be a sign that you are actually thirsty. But stay strong and push through, you got this!! 💪🏼

Yes I feel like my hair grew back just ask thick as it was before

It’s not that bad at all. I actually talk about and show my loose skin in my q&a video I posted a little while back

8weeks out and dropped 37 pounds at this point i feel like I'm having a stall,trying to getting everything right🙄

I do mean “we” when I said “you’re scarfing down a fast food meal” but also too not meaning myself too in particular because I’m definitely not able to scarf down any food at all. 😂

@@klausrostock4163 that is the point I am trying to make in that statement of this video, and that is to help remind my viewers that are considering the surgery or are early post op of why you got the surgery and how you got to the point of needing the surgery. And I do not throw up my food ever!! I never have done that before the surgery and I certainly don’t do it now
