He's done 15k rpm clocking 57mph on 44T. Video is on his channel. Apparently, a piaggio can turn up to 17k+ rpm

I must admit it is true. But 15k is the max on a 47 piston piaggio/athena. This build is a 52 piston which is why we are hitting 13.8k. Its exactly as planned when we designed the build@@jmrides777 @breezetixmoto
