its clip studio paint! they have a lot of stamp brushes on the asset store for all kinds of clothing details like that

I actually do have an interest for this kind of thing, and with my imagination and creativity im sure i'd make something great out of it. but i always give up because its never what i wanted or it never turns out the way i want it to.. :/

You have to keep at it! Nothing will be perfect the first time, perfectionism will kill creativity so just have fun make lots of models and in no time you’ll be making beautiful things!
